1. shrI viShNu sarvottama---- Vishnu is far far superior to all in allrespects, who is only independent all are under His control. 2. shrI lakShmI nityamuktaLu----- Lakshmi who is infinite times lower toVishnu & superior to all jivas. She is equal in respect of existing space &time with Vishnu & is called as Samana. 3. brahma vAyu nirdoShigaLu------ Brahma & vAyu. Sri Vayu attains Brahma'sposition & then attains Moksha. From that point, it is said that Sri Vayu is little lower to Brahma & aslo the sAdhana for Brahma at that time is onekalpa more than Sri Vayu. They are crore times lower to Mahalakshmi. 4. sarasvatI, bhAratI (level 1-4 are called parashuklatrayaru)-----wife of Brahma & Vayu.. Since Sri Bharati attains Saraswathi's position & then attains moksha, it is spoken that bhArathi is little lower to Saraswathi. Further one kalpa sAdhana is more to Saraswathi than Bharathi. 5. garuDa, sheSha, rudra------- garuDa, SheSha attains Moksha...
